Well…it didn’t actually get better for Snape, it only got worse (till he managed to fake his death in the Shrieking Shack/Boathouse and take off for Jamaica. Why, yes, I am in denial. Thank you for asking).
Ahem. This is a message that people need to know during other parts of their lives, and not just the teenage years.
